The following shipping methods concern areas within Greece

Delivery to the place specified by the Customer: In the event that the product is sent to the place chosen by the Customer, the product is delivered to an external partner – carrier and the Customer is informed electronically that the product is ready to be shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on the Customer’s order. Any incorrect entry by the Customer and therefore incorrect calculation of shipping costs is not borne by the COMPANY, but by the Customer. Since after the receipt of the products, the risk passes to the Customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as with his signature upon receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order. If the Customer does not receive the product after receiving the notification to send and despite the relevant notification from the carrier, the COMPANY reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

Pickup from central warehouses: In the first stage of completing the order, select “In our warehouses” as the method of delivery. In order for your order to be collected from our central warehouses, your order must be paid for in full in advance to hold the products and not upon receipt. You will be notified when your order will be ready for pickup. Since after the receipt of the products, the risk passes to the Customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as with his signature upon receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order. Goods are picked up from our warehouses every day from 9:30am to 4:30pm & on Saturdays 9:30am to 2:30pm.

Delivery to a carrier of your choice: In this case, our company undertakes the transport to the agency of your choice and charges you only the corresponding amount. The cost of transportation from the agency to your place is agreed and paid by you directly to the agency. Since after the receipt of the products, the risk passes to the Customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as with his signature upon receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order.

Collection from the agency: In this way you are given the possibility to collect your products from the agency in your area. Be aware that:
For each product, a specially configured system calculates the exact shipping costs of the product.

Shipping times: The time required to start shipping your order is 48 hours (2 business days) as long as the products are ready for delivery. Small volume products (e.g. electrical items, household items, decorations, paintings, etc.) which are ready for delivery are sent the very next day by courier and you receive them in 1-5 working days. Overweight or bulky products, such as (e.g. furniture, sleeping mats, heavy-duty umbrellas, etc.), which are ready for delivery, are sent by transport agencies to your location and you receive them in 4 to 7 working days and at times specified by each transport, indicatively for Athens 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We inform you that our company only ships to remote areas with ELTA courier. (Courier: Products with limited weight and volume (minimum transport 2.5 euros) come with Courier. The courier company undertakes the shipment to the remote areas without extra charge, however it delivers the products to the post office of the area and not to the place of delivery.

For particularly heavy or bulky products, the company sends the products by means of transport.

For purchases outside of Greece: it is necessary to have an agreement (in terms of billing and shipping methods) with the company PAPAGEORGIOU & CO GP.

It should also be noted that the transport companies in the following prefectures of Grevena, Imathia, Kastoria, Kilkis, Lasithi, Magnesia, Pella, Serres, Trikala & Halkidiki do not have transport agencies for collection from the agency, instead the respective transport company contacts the customer and gives a point to deliver the products.

Force majeure: The COMPANY is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) which are due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to the fault of the COMPANY or are due to force majeure and therefore the COMPANY is entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than two (2) months, the sales contract may be terminated by either party without compensation. If the Customer considers that he no longer has an interest in the execution of the order, he is entitled to terminate the sales contract and the COMPANY is obliged to refund him the price as well as any other amount that was paid under the sales contract.
